
Exhibitors: Call for Entries Information
RULES - GUIDELINES - INFORMATION
>Display spaces are 10’ x
10’. Entry fee is $35 per space. Two artists may share a space but each
must submit an application form. Please include a photo of the work you
will be selling.
> Registrations will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis
until spaces are filled. We suggest you register early. No applications
will be accepted after June 23, 2012.
> All arts media welcome. Demonstrating is encouraged.
> Work offered for sale must be original work by the artist. Limited
edition prints are accepted. No commercial molds, kits, copies, resale
items, etc. are allowed.
> All display devices are the responsibility of the artist. No
electricity is available. No generators allowed. Be prepared for
inclement weather, particularly wind and rain!
> Check in is from 7:00 to 9:00 am on the day of the Fair. Exhibitors
must be set up and ready and vehicles removed by the start of the Fair.
Late set up is not allowed. Entrance to the Marina Park is off US-2 next
to Hardee’s.
> No pets, alcoholic beverages or drugs allowed.
> Lake Effect Community Arts assumes no responsibility for loss of or
damage to any work, display or personal property.
> Artists are responsible for the collection of and payment of Michigan
6% sales tax.
> All artists must be present with their work during the Fair.
> Non profit groups are welcome to exhibit for $20 per booth space and
may share a space. All other rules apply.
> Courtesy for all is expected from everyone involved.
